CAS Cloud (Formerly OHM DC) is the first commercial Data Centre of Nepal established in 2010 BS based in Bhairahawa, Nepal. CAS Cloud is an associated company of CAS Trading House P. Ltd (CAS). CAS has been in ICT business of Nepalese market for more than 25 years. CAS Cloud offers: DC Infrastructure and different DR managed services, Cloud solutions and IT Security Solutions to various BFSIs along with ISPs and corporate houses. CAS Cloud is located in different seismic zone than the Kathmandu Valley so that the risk of natural disaster is minimal. CAS Cloud has multiple levels of power redundancy, proper cooling, access management systems, 24/7 physical and logical security and video surveillance set-up. The Data Centre has been setup based on a state-of-the-art design and equipment.

CAS Cloud has collaborated with ASPL Info Systems (P) Ltd, India for a technical partnership to provide Managed IT Infrastructure Solutions in Nepal. ASPL is a specialized IT services company is head quarter in Bangalore and has office in India, Middle East, and USA. ASPL Info service is a specialist IT Infrastructure & Application Performance Management Services provider, managing the IT infrastructure and operations of more than 300+ clients globally.

Why do we need Data Centers?

Data Centers are required so a secure infrastructure is created where important information can be stored and monitored. The facility is used to consolidate IT equipment of one or more companies. The infrastructure provided is setup in N + 1 or 2 N + 1 architecture to ensure there is higher availability and lower downtime for systems that store the data.
